James Jones, Head of Consumer Affairs, Experian The session will be an overview of credit reports and how lenders use them, including via credit scoring. The session will include example score factors from Experian’s public-facing credit score and a dose of myth busting. |

Christie Goncalves, Assistant Portfolio Manager, Rathbones Asset Management Aiming to demystify an asset class which is often seen as more complex, this session with start from the basics, explaining what a bond is, why they are issued, who issues them and how the price/yield relationship works. It will also look to explain maturity and how inflation and interest rates impact the asset class. It will look at different types of bonds (corporate, government etc) and the roles they play. |
